Rules for using our plugins, services and managed AI responsibly.

This policy applies to all use of PEWIT Labs Services, with particular attention to managed AI credits / AIMT Cloud.
You agree not to:
- Submit content to AI processing that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to process (e.g. third-party images without permission).
- Submit content depicting illegal material, or attempt to generate content that violates OpenAI's usage policies.
- Resell, share, or sublicense license keys or managed AI credits to third parties outside the scope of your plan.
- Abuse, automate around, or attempt to circumvent credit metering, rate limits, or licensing.
- Use the Services to overload, attack, reverse engineer for circumvention, or disrupt our or third-party infrastructure.
- Process special-category personal data via managed mode without an appropriate legal basis.
Free trials
Free trials of Pro/Agency unlock premium features but require you to use your own OpenAI API key (BYOK). Managed AI credits are not provided during the trial; included credits begin only when the trial converts to a paid subscription.
Fair use of managed credits
Managed credits are intended for normal media-library workloads. We may apply reasonable rate limits and may suspend processing for patterns indicating abuse, fraud, or excessive cost (e.g. attempts to force high-cost requests). Where possible we default managed processing to a cost-efficient detail level.
Enforcement
Violations may result in throttling, suspension, or termination of services and licenses, and where applicable, reporting to authorities. Used credits consumed in violation are non-refundable.
