Reports & Quality
Health score, duplicate detection, CSV export, change history.
Pro / Agency for full analysis; Free gets basic scan stats and CSV export.
Media health score
Analyze duplicates & quality computes a 0–100 score from:
- Missing ALT / incomplete metadata (library-wide)
- Duplicate metadata groups
- Bad filenames
- Wrong language vs expected locale
- Low-quality generic text
- Broken or missing image sizes
Run after Scan images for accurate counts.
Duplicate & similar metadata
Detects repeated ALT/title/caption/description across images — bad for SEO and accessibility auditors.
Similar groups find near-duplicate wording (Jaccard similarity) — useful for template-heavy sites.
Broken sizes
Flags attachments where:
- Main file is missing or is a WordPress thumbnail filename
- Main file below min dimensions
- Registered sizes missing on disk
Filter Broken / missing sizes in Images table. Actions: Regenerate thumbnails (selected), Repair selected (main file).
CSV export
Export CSV report includes all scanned items + health score row.
- Formula injection safe (Excel)
- Download via authenticated handler (not public URL)
Good for client deliverables and before/after archives.
Email job reports
When background jobs finish, optional email with:
- Summary counts
- Failed items list
- Filename change list
- Attached job CSV
Configure in Settings → Email notifications.
Change history & undo
Images → Details → Change history (Pro)
| Action logged | Restore support |
|---|---|
| Metadata update | ✅ previous ALT/title/caption/description |
| SEO rename | ✅ if original file still on disk |
| File replace / repair | Partial — see backups |
Requires Keep undo history in Settings (max 30 entries per attachment).
Workflow for agencies
- Scan → Analyze → export CSV (before)
- Run bulk metadata + rename jobs
- Analyze again → export CSV (after)
- Share score improvement + sample rows with client
Agency white-label: your brand in admin and job emails (Plans).
